B. Other frequently asked questions by our customers (FAQs)

HAIF is a company founded in December 2023 based out of Delaware US with operations in California US. Please visit our website for more information: https://haif.tech/

HFP, brought to you by HAIF, is a revolutionary patented advanced software solution that helps in predicting risk of heart failure 90 days in advance for adult humans by analyzing ECG signals, allowing one to save more both financially & socially.

HFP is a software service available for use globally via web and mobile platforms.

Intensive cardiac research combined with Artificial Intelligence technology is used to read the ECG signals and derive the prognosis information.

The ECG report is to be uploaded in HFP to get a score called HFPi. The outcome can be downloaded and printed in the form of a report as well. The score and its range reference tells us how imminent the risk of heart failure is in the test taker. The score is indicated by three colored reference ranges namely - Green, Yellow, Red where

  • Green stands for no risk of Heart Failure in next 90 days, under current lifestyle
  • Yellow stands for moderate risk of Heart Failure in next 90 days, under current lifestyle
  • Red stands for high/extreme risk of Heart Failure in next 90 days, under current lifestyle

This will give you mental peace by helping  you make informed decisions about how soon to visit your physician on potential heart failure related issues. We always recommend consulting a doctor for further support.

Since HFP is a very new technology there are chances that your doctor may not be familiar with the report yet. However HAIF is putting in all efforts to raise awareness in the medical community as well as general awareness.

The prediction is valid for 90 days from the date of ECG reading.

HFP is yet to be certified as a medical device. It should be used for informational and general wellness purposes. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical evaluation.

HAIF does not provide ECG testing services.

HAIF has trained professionals who can take ECG readings using portable or home use ECG devices. However we rely upon our business partners who are healthcare service providers and have trained staff doing ECG tests using professional grade ECG devices.

NO; anyone may run HAIF’s HFP from anywhere at any time.

Please ensure the ECG report is downloaded/ available on your device and the storage location of the report file is known to you.

  • Please log in to the HFP web/ mobile app.
  • Use the browse option to locate the ECG report file on your device. If the report is present in some other ECG app on your device, it can also be directly shared from the app to the HFP mobile app.
  • Click on Upload button and wait for 2-3 minutes while the file is uploaded and processed by HFP
  • You should get the prediction results once the processing has finished
  • You also may have the option to download the result in the form of a report and share with others.
